DO NOT FEED BIRDS, SQUIRRELS, AND OTHER WILDLIFE 

(either in your own yards or in common areas)!

This will attract larger, more aggressive animals to areas 

that are frequented by our residents and their guests.

NOTE: It is against Florida laws to feed alligators, 

so please don't toss bread, etc., to the  fish and waterfowl, 

as this is feeding the alligators as well!

If you have an emergency issue

requiring the Community Manager's immediate attention, 
call the emergency number (863-899-7945).

If you have a non-emergent issue

requiring a face-to-face conversation with the Community Manager, 
call the office (863-299-9705)

during regular business hours (M-F 9:00-3:00)
to make an appointment, as there are limited in-person office hours.

If you have a non-emergent issue

requiring the police, call the Sheriffs' non-emergency number

(863-298-6200)

For all POLICE or MEDICAL emergencies, ALWAYS call 9-1-1

If you are experiencing problems with the gate system, 

contact the Community Manager's Office as soon as possible. 
They are prepared to work with you to solve any gate issues.

(This may simply be a misspelled word or a missing ".com", but only YOU can update your information on the website or correct your “BlackList”, the admins cannot change anything in your profile or on your email server!!!). Check the list for your neighbor's email too!
